Shoutbox only display a certain amount of lines(20 or so) so if you want to read what you miss you need to click on archive at your upper right, keep in mind that everything get deleted after 48 hr.
If you click between the shoutbox and the banner you will collapse the chat window to gain more screen space for topic reading, clicking once more bring back the chat.
If you notice the live chat is available also when you enter topic and all accross the site in every pages so you won't miss any important news!
I don't expect we are going to be numerous on RPR since only truly awake folks are going to register here as members but it is a good thing since we don't need NPC after all.
