Recently at the safeway on roosevelt amd 75th street i have noticed some changes that are scary.
On a Saturday afternoon inside the roosevlt safeway a crazy homeless person came into safeway shouting and screaming. The person was yelling at the safeway cashier. This person due to his disagreement he punched and hit the casheir. I was scared!!
Then last week safeway roosevelt started locking up ice cream in the frozen foods department. To purchase haagen dazs ice cream at safeway on roosevelt you press a button for an employee to come and unlock the freezer and walk with you to the checkout.
Then at the qfc northgate way and roosevelt there are homeless tents and homeless people hanging out at that qfc.
Even though I live in northgate seattle I drive to whole foods in Lynnwood and safeway mountlake terrace where I don't have to deal with this.
Is north seattle becoming less safe??
At my apartment building 2 times this month units unfortunately have been broken into.
Im hoping things in seattle get better for all of us.
