Well it is becomming obvious that RPR will not stay open after fall renewal date and i am fine with this since the anglophone community seem to be completely brain dead by now!
The middle east so called war is just theatre to crush the west economy! Sadly just like during the plandemic the freaking NPC won't move their ass to stop them!
Hi Miller great to see you again and i am fine thank you, yes you should do a single thread if the text fit but in worst case split it in 2, i don't remember the limit but it's quite high.
So I'm working on a thread... it's kinda long... it's a conversation I had with my local AI... it's kinda long, so is it better to break it up over a few post, or just post it all?
I just accepted a job in central Sammamish. I'm looking to live somewhere that walkable, transit access, bike facilities, all within a reasonable commute to Sammamish. I'm a single 40 year old gay guy. Enjoy the outdoors, being able to walk to a grocery store, coffee shop, etc. Don't care a ton about nightlife - can always uber to that. I'm guessing I'll only have to commute into the office 2 days a week. Rest will be remote. Not looking to spend more than $2700 a month on rent for a one bedroom apartment. Not looking for a commute that's more than 40 min each way with traffic.
What areas should I consider? Some places that came to mind for me are downtown Mercer Island, Leschi, Jutkins Park. Anywhere else I'm missing?
I wasn't sure if commuting via 520 should be avoided due to construction. That's why I've focused on I-90 corridor. Also, how is the safety level in Jutkins Park? I used to live in Atlanta and currently live in downtown Durham NC. I have street smarts and a tolerance for challenges that may exist in that neighborhood but wasn't sure how exactly bad it is.
