Yep, this is a tried and true proven technique.  Teach them whatever you want when they are young and it sticks with them forever.  It is very difficult to shake those early childhood messages that are taught and continually reinforced.  Religion has known and used this trick for many years.

Hey Peter, it is I...Beelzebob. I was able to secure my trademark name at GLP, LOP and now RPP.   And yes, the cult like following that can occur in any population is bizarre, and often repeated.  Just hope the wrong group of people never gets too much power.  It never ends well...ever.

This is so true too much power corrupt people way too easily and that where a moral compass is required!
